How do I pay? Is there a deposit required?
Once your experience is booked, you can pay via Venmo to @AllSmilesMO or with cash.

A 50% deposit is required to save the date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. If your event date is within 14 days of the booking date, full payment is required at the time of booking. Failure to pay full balance will result in cancellation of your booking and your deposit will not be returned.
What is the cancellation policy?
Your deposit is 100% refundable with 21+ day notice and 50% refundable with 14-20 day notice. If you cancel within 13 days of your event, your deposit will not be returned.
Where are my photos and/or guestbook messages?
Your photos will be instantly emailed or text to the guest participant as long as wifi service is available. If there is no wifi, photos will be sent as soon as internet service is connected. All photos and messages will be sent to the client within 5 business days of the event.

You may choose to add on a photo gallery to make all photos accessible to your party guests.​ Photos and messages are retained by All Smiles for two years.

Vintage phone guestbook audio files will be in mp3 format and digitally sent to clients within 5 business days.
Are you willing to travel?
We are based out of Trenton, MO, and prefer to stay within the service area of approximately 70 miles. Travel charges vary and will be added to any address outside of Trenton, MO at a rate of $1.50 per mile.
Can the experience be set up outdoors?
Under the correct conditions, yes!

The area must be mostly enclosed and free from wind, weather, insects, and extreme heat and cold. There must be a backup area located inside. Failure to do so results in cancelation of event and cancelation of refund.
Are pictures printed on site?
At this time, printing on-site is not an option. All of your photos are sent in high-quality format and can be printed on a personal printer.
